The Center for Economic and Social Development (CESD) – our partner in Azerbaijan
The Center for Economic and Social Development (CESD) is one of Azerbaijan’s most prominent think tanks, dedicated to promoting public participation, fostering community ownership, and advancing transparent and effective economic and social reforms. CESD focuses on expanding youth economic education and advancing financial literacy through national competitions and professional training.

Advancing Economic Education through the Economics Olympiad
Since 2023, EFI has promoted economic education in Azerbaijan by supporting a national high school Economics Olympiad that strengthens students’ analytical thinking, deepens economic knowledge, and provides opportunities to compete with peers from other countries.
