Ilkin Gazminov (PhD)

With over a decade of experience as a Senior Lecturer. Author of multiple research publications and contributor to international projects as an expert. Also serves as a scientific editor and translator for Azerbaijani academic textbooks.

Maya Grigolia

Maya is a Senior Economist and Project Manager with 15+ years’ experience delivering evidence-based policy research, macroeconomic analysis, and regulatory reform in Georgia. She has worked extensively with governments and partners including USAID, ADB, EU, and OECD, advising on economic governance, private-sector development, and reform implementation.


Lasha Labadze (PhD)

Lasha is a PhD economist with over 15 years of experience in economic research, policy analysis, and university teaching. He has taught core economics and quantitative methods, and led numerous donor-funded analytical projects, contributing both academic insight and applied expertise to economics education.


Ruzanna Tadevosyan (PhD)

An Armenian economist and PhD (Candidate of Economic Sciences), with experience in economic policy analysis, international trade, and applied economics. Combines academic research with practical expertise, contributing to analytical and translation projects requiring strong subject-matter accuracy and clear communication.


Kuandyk Tleuzhanuly (PhD)

Kuandyk holds a master’s degree in public administration from KIMEP University and is a PhD candidate at Narxos University in Almaty, Kazakhstan. With over 15 years of experience in teaching and academic administration, his work focuses on language policy, labor economics, development economics, statistics, and regulation.
