We are committed to complying with all applicable economic sanctions and export control laws, including those administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
We do not knowingly accept donations from, nor provide support or services to, individuals, entities, or countries that are subject to U.S. sanctions or other applicable restrictions.
We reserve the right to refuse or return donations and to suspend or terminate activities where sanctions or compliance concerns arise. We work in conjunction with trusted third-party service providers to support compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
