Shaping Future Thinkers: Albania Winter School Inspires New Career Mindsets

In February, 31 high school students from across Albania gathered at Llogara Tourist Village for the winter school “What’s Next in Education? From ‘What Will I Become?’ to ‘What Can I Do?’”, organized by our partners at the Center for Education and Development.

Co-financed by EFI and the European University of Tirana, the program explored how entrepreneurship, evolving skill demands, and new economic opportunities are shaping future career paths.

At the end of the three-day program, six participants were awarded scholarships in recognition of their engagement and potential.

Programs like this help young people move beyond asking “What will I become?” and start thinking more boldly about what they can contribute.
